9bdb Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 9bdb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the 9bdb website at 9bdb.pro, including all gaming services, betting facilities, account management features, payment processing, bonuses, and any other services offered through the platform. By accessing the 9bdb platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 9bdb from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their place of residence. 9bdb does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability arising from a player's choice to access the platform from a restricted territory.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 9bdb account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement enforced by 9bdb for all account holders regardless of local legal gambling age where applicable.
• You must register using your own personal information. Providing false, misleading or another person's information during registration is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• You must not hold any other active or suspended 9bdb account. Only one account per individual is permitted at any time. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances or bonuses in the duplicate account may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or third party when registering or using your account. 9bdb accounts are for personal use only.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee or director of 9bdb or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

9bdb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during withdrawal processing. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 9bdb services you must register an account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and the creation of a secure password. 9bdb may require additional information for the purpose of identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials — mobile number and password — strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party, including individuals claiming to be 9bdb support staff. 9bdb support will never ask for your password.
• Notify 9bdb immediately via live chat support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• Ensure that your registered mobile number remains active and accessible. 9bdb uses your registered number for account verification, withdrawal authentication and security notifications.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, until you formally notify 9bdb of a security breach.

KYC Verification

9bdb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm player identity, age and payment details. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the time of first withdrawal, or at any point where the platform deems verification necessary to comply with its anti-fraud and player protection obligations. Players who do not complete KYC verification when requested may have their withdrawal requests held pending completion. 9bdb will not charge any fee for standard KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 9bdb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 9bdb does not accept transactions in any other currency. Players are solely responsible for any fees or charges applied by their payment service provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, but 9bdb reserves the right to impose account-level limits at its discretion.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. 9bdb reserves the right to add, suspend or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any such deposit may be reversed and the account suspended.
• 9bdb does not guarantee that deposits will be credited instantly in all cases. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. In the event of a processing delay, contact 9bdb support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 9bdb account. 9bdb will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• 9bdb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or incomplete KYC verification.

Any funds remaining in an account that has been closed, suspended or flagged for investigation may be withheld pending resolution. 9bdb will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

9bdb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed the required registration and, where applicable, KYC verification steps. Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded or who have active responsible gaming restrictions on their account.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player who closes their account and re-registers is not entitled to claim the welcome bonus a second time.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the bonus terms at the time of the offer. Unless stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• 9bdb reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the player will be given a reasonable opportunity to meet the wagering requirement before the bonus is forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value. They may not be exchanged for real money without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

Abuse of bonuses — including multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any form of collusion — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings associated with the abusive activity, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

9bdb provides access to games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before playing. The following general game conditions apply across the platform:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by live dealers in accordance with the rules set by the game provider. Game outcomes are not manipulated by 9bdb.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be cancelled and any wagers placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within the game information panel. 9bdb does not modify RTP values.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by 9bdb. All bets are subject to the maximum payout limits applicable to the relevant market, which are displayed at the time of placing the bet. 9bdb reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a manifest pricing error.

7. Responsible Gaming

9bdb is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increases to a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session limits: players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. When the session limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or permanent. During a self-exclusion period the account is locked and no deposits, bets or bonus claims can be made. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: players may enable periodic reminders that display the duration of the current session and net gaming activity. These prompts appear at intervals set by the player and encourage a conscious pause before continuing play.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bdb platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any balance or bonus funds, and may result in permanent closure of your account and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to place bets, navigate the platform, or claim bonuses without direct human interaction.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping or coordinated play designed to defraud 9bdb or other players on the platform.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a self-exclusion order, or avoid account restrictions.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any form of financial crime, including the use of stolen payment credentials or compromised payment accounts.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from the account.

9bdb employs automated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account activity it deems suspicious. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will not be entitled to any funds held in their account at the time of closure, including any unprocessed withdrawal requests.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9bdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited activities, providing false registration information, or failing to complete KYC verification when required.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• A player may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 9bdb support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9bdb platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the website, is the property of 9bdb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, modification or public display of any platform content without the prior written consent of 9bdb.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9bdb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial or non-financial loss arising from gaming activity, technical failures, or third-party payment provider delays.

9bdb does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis, free of errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

12. Amendments to These Terms

9bdb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is each player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
